How do yearly plans deliver credits?
The full yearly price is charged when you subscribe, while your plan credits refresh monthly on the same billing-day schedule. Unused subscription credits do not roll over into the next month.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh each month and any unused subscription balance is replaced by the new monthly allowance. When the paid membership period ends, remaining subscription credits expire. One-time purchased credits do not expire.
What happens if I cancel automatic renewal?
You will not be charged for another renewal. Your paid plan and scheduled monthly credit refreshes remain available until the current paid period ends.
Can I buy one-time credits while subscribed?
Yes. Subscription credits are used first, and one-time credits remain available as an additional balance. One-time credits are not removed when your membership ends.
Are credits returned if a generation fails?
Yes. If a generation fails before a usable result is completed, the credits charged for that generation are automatically returned to your account.
How is my payment handled?
Checkout is completed securely on PayPal. H3 Max Generator does not receive or store your card or bank-account details.
